Forums >>  IDA Pro  >>  How to decompile a file with .obj files available?

Topic created on: September 16, 2014 06:38 CDT by luckiejacky .

Hello,
I've got a program that I've lost the source code with.
However, I've got the .obj files, .map files, and the .C files
just without some library routines. How do I decompile it
to the original program with IDA? What IDA plugin do I need?
I've lost the font files with the program I am after,
I am working on a patch to re-direct the font calling functions to my own functions. What are the best ways to do this? I think I can decompile the executable and add relevant .obj files to it, but how do I do it?
Thanks
Jack
